Sorry, I just need to rant a little. Last night's game was a disgrace. Bud says the game goes on regardless of countless weather reports saying rain is on the way. Then doesn't have the balls to state which of the weather reporting agencies gave him these reports.
Probably because those agencies provided accurate data that Bud himself decided to ignored. I.e. making him look like the jackass he is.
Then to sit back and wait until the Rays tied it up to "convieniently" call the game is another disgrace. He easily could've called the game after the 5th inning to give the teams a break from weather that was already beyond playable. But no, the Rays get to hit against Cole when he could barely grip the ball, nor could Jimmy on the grounder by Upton. After the ground-ball to Jimmy, the game shoulda been postponed. When the premeir SS in the league fumbles a slippery ball, that should have been enough to postpone the game.
I look forward to Bud's resignation as he certainly doesn't have any grip on the right way to do anything....
